I would like to know- what does each exercise do? After practicing the Five Tibetans for two years, I was convinced that, at the very least, they were extraordinary. If I had to choose a minute daily routine, this would not be a bad one, and might be better than other common vinyasana combinations like the sun salutation. I haven’t noticed any obvious results from doing them. I saw the author perform The Five Tibetans at a book signing at a local bookstore, and can verify that they are easy to perform. I wish he spends more time explaining these methods fully. Equally as important as the actual exercises, this book covers the essentials of proper breathing and meditation, both vital additions to any spiritual, energetic practice.

I know very little about kundalini or mindfulness meditation, and I found these practical introductions useful. Not as insightful as I had hoped. The Five Tibetans are a fantastic, fast daily practice that This is more of a manual than a book; the simple correct execution of the Five Tibetans or five key exercises to help restore the balance between one’s energy centers or Chakras.

Positioning of the hands is very important; they must be placed exactly alongside the hips. There are no discussion topics on christoopher book yet. They were similar in appearance to yoga exercises with which I was already familiar, but they were also different enough that they in no way duplicated other practices in my daily routine.
Of particular interest to me was that the Five Rites of Rejuvenation were more similar to the Kiham yoga methods taught at Mentalphysics than to any other methods I had previously encountered.
